Ensemble à Vents du Haut-Saint-François - EVHSF

About the ensemble
The EVHSF, founded in 2002 by Serge Poirier, a former music teacher at the Polyvalente Louis-Saint-Laurent in East Angus, was initially created to offer former students the opportunity to pursue their musical passion. Today, the ensemble brings together amateur musicians of all ages.
Renowned for its remarkable performances in several musicals, the EVHSF also made history with the world premiere of two Christopher Tin albums, Calling All Dawns and The Drop That Contained The Sea. These unique interpretations, accompanied by a choir and adapted for wind ensemble by musical director Martin Ducharme, testify to the adaptability and exceptional talent that characterize this ensemble.
