In these times of worldwide conflicts, we often hear of child soldiers.  This play, written by Suzanne Lebeau, has been performed throughout the globe to denounce and give voice to this 21st century atrocity.  “What we are seeing is an engaged, blunt theatre wrought with urgency (…).  The story is troubling, deplorable, cruel.” Sylvie St-Jacques, La Presse. It is Elikia’s story, a young 13 year old, recruited to kill, who recounts how she was taken from her family to become a soldier.
